Spring Back Rehabilitation offers Initial Needs Assessments and Case Management for adults who have suffered moderate to catastrophic, life-changing injuries. We have significant experience in facilitating rehabilitation for various injuries, including: brain injury, psychological trauma and complex orthopaedic/poly-trauma cases. We work with a carefully selected network of clinicians and are based in London providing case management services across the south of England.
Instructions are accepted as single or joint under the Rehabilitation Code (2015). We provide this service to the insurance industry, solicitors, and private individuals. With over 15 years of rehabilitation experience, we provide first-class case management services, with the client at the heart of the rehabilitation journey.

★ Initial Needs Assessment
We offer fast & efficient assessments that provides an accurate account of the rehabilitation client's case management needs and the likely costs. The INA provides a bespoke, goal-focused plan with clear objectives & measurable outcomes.

★ Case Management
Adopting a collaborative Rehabilitation Case Management approach, we design, implement, coordinate, monitor and evaluate the services required to meet an individual’s needs. The Client is always at the centre of their rehabilitation journey.

★ Everyday Support
Apart from the physical and mental aspects of rehabilitation, we support clients with other aspects including employer contact, family support and education/assistance with benefits.
All rehabilitation clients will receive a bespoke, clinically evidenced-based rehabilitation plan. The client is made to feel supported, understood and has direct input into their goals to maximise their function and regain control of their life. Our biopsychosocial based, goal-focused approach delivers positive, tangible & cost-effective outcomes. We have managed many high profile cases where acquired brain injury (ABI) and severe trauma were involved.
